I bought the CV40 vibration plate and I love how intense it is but I just had knee replacement surgery 2 and a half months ago so not doing anything but sitting on it for now.

I love it after my workout or just a 10min before going to bed. It relaxes all my muscles. I wish they had a youtube channel to show us effective movement for weight lost and weight training.

This product isn't promoted as it should be, I have aches, and pains in my legs for over 14 years, 10 minutes one day eliminates this ache for almost a week, I have a cousin who is type 1 diabetes and he can bearly move and he tried it for 10 minutes and was never so impressed with the vibration plate, he was actually walking around purposely, I am sure he will be ordering one in the near future, if he hasn't already, better than any pill for leg pain

I’ve used a vibration machine before, but this one is better because you have different levels. It lost a star because I find the levels are hard to change. It takes a bit of work with the remote to change it, but it eventually happens, it’s just frustrating. They also couldn’t deliver to my postal code, which was weird, so lost another star. I had to give them a friends address, which is not far from my place.

I enjoy using the vibration plate, It feels great when I’m on it and it’s so easy to use.

Enjoying the machine so far , using twice a day and sometimes a third time just to rest my feet on it after working outside all day gardening etc . It has lots of power which I was hoping for .
