Great machine. Would have liked handles as I am off balance, but it will come with strength in my core .

I am loving my new vibration machine! I'm glad I watched a video that showed different ways to use it to achieve specific results. I have officially replaced snacking while watching TV, with this healthier option.

Iliked it as A Holistic Nutrition Coach i am not so satisfied as I think it could have been better as I i had onne before and was powerful and longer. Stayed on for 15 min too.

I purchased one for myself and my sister, and we are both enjoying it, we use it on medium as we feel it is more effective. Less swelling in legs at night, generally feel lighter, although not due to weight loss.

Auto setting is great

So far I really like it. As the ad says take it easy the first few times you use it. It works great. I am not stable on my feet so getting on and off the first couple of times was a challenge. Now all is good and it’s fun to use.

Works great. I love this machine and have so many more exercises/positions to try. It does feel like a work out after using this for just 10 minutes.

I did a lot of research on the vibration plates and decided to go with this one due to the size and the warehouse was located in Canada. Fast shipping, within 2 days. I used it daily and I'm finding it is helping me. Dont double guess! Purchase it as yoy wont be disappointed
