Has helped so much. I am a runner run between 3-5 miles a day. I was having issues with my hamstrings and hips. This vibration plate has helped so much. I use it after my workouts from 5-10 minutes depending on how much time I have. I don’t have pain in my hips or hamstrings any more. It’s so easy to use and you feel great after.

I don’t even know where to start lol this machine is amazing In the 2 wks I’ve had it I’ve lost 4lbs and down a full clothing size. My shorts and pants feel loser and I feel better overall. I’m loving that it’s exactly as seen in the videos. I use it almost daily about 10 minutes. I started introducing hand weights for the upper body and will hopefully trim down in a more relaxed way.

I love using my Vibration Plate!! It only takes 10 minutes a day, but works wonders. My husband commented after about 4 days of me using the Vibration Plate that he actually notices a difference in the smoothness of my thighs, he was shocked that there was already a noticeable difference and I could feel it as well!! I am disappointed with the long rubber band that came with it.it is much too short to put it under my foot to do bicep curls. I would appreciate a new one please. But the machine is awesome!!

I love the rounded edges. I wish that you could turn it on and off on the machine not just the remote.
