Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel their order within 2 days of placing it by contacting our support team at info.us@merachfit.com.
As long as the order has not yet been shipped and the request is made within this 48-hour window, the cancellation will be considered valid.
Once we receive the cancellation request, the merchant will process it within 1 day, completing the cancellation and issuing a refund.
If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, customers may follow our standard return process to initiate a return.
How to Return

- Share your order number, tracking number, and photos of the product with its original packaging.
- Once our customer service team reviews and approves your request, you may return the item.
- After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned product, your refund will be issued.
How to Exchange
- Contact our customer service team to request an exchange, providing the reason and the SKU of the item you would like instead.
- Provide your order number and product photos for our team to review and confirm eligibility.
- Once approved, our team will provide the warehouse return address. You may then return the product.
- After the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped to you.
(Please note: unless the exchange is due to a product quality issue, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
Return Conditions
If the return is caused by the consumer, they are responsible for the shipping fee.
- Returns must be approved and may incur an additional return shipping fee.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and shipped with the original packaging.
- If the product is returned damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of abuse, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge restocking fees.
- The return/exchange policy applies to items purchased directly from our Official website: https://www.merachfit.ca/. For items purchased from other retailers, please refer to their store refund policy.
Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
- A legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
- Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc., show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
- A product is not delivered to MERACH within seven 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from MERACH.

About Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping costs. Examples of instances may include:
- The item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part.
- We shipped out the wrong item.
- We shipped it to the wrong address.
- We shipped a duplicate order.
- Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period.
IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or are defective, YOU MUST contact MERACH Support Within 24H and provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses or fails to send photos/video of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as "buyer’s reason" and MERACH reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at MERACH’s sole discretion.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the full return package. Once the refund has been issued, the credited amount will usually appear in your original payment account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
