Operation is smooth and quiet. Seat is comfortable and tracks evenly on the frame. Handle fits nicely in my hands and grip is fine no need to hold tightly. Chain drive surprisingly quiet and maintains even tension mo flopping around.
Whole unit is very stable, no noticeable twisting during use. Information on display is in a large font so easy to see when in use.
Great rower, easy to assemble, well made, looks like it will last, monitor could be bigger but don’t really use it, just care about time spent on rower. Like the look and feel of it.

I was planning on buying a Concept 2 but I am happy I found your ad on Facebook. It saved me a lot of money and I really do love the unit. It is everything I was looking for in a rowing machine.
I like the rowing and work out. I do not like the screen read out… tech is very old and not useful. Is there an upgrade that i can get?

The look of the rower is classic and contemporary. It runs smooth and the sound of the whoosh is very therapeutic. Connecting the app to the rower can be fussy at times, but once connected, it runs flawlessly. This has been a nice addition to my home gym!

I owned a Concept rower about20 years ago. I used it quite a bit but then the screen died. Got away from rowing. Now that I’m retired, wanted to get back to rowing. I didn’t want to spend the money on a new Concept II. When I saw adds about the R50, I jumped at it. Bottom line - the R50 is very similar at half the price.
This is an excellent machine, good mobility, easy to take apart and put together. All around good workout.

Has helped so much. I am a runner run between 3-5 miles a day. I was having issues with my hamstrings and hips. This vibration plate has helped so much. I use it after my workouts from 5-10 minutes depending on how much time I have. I don’t have pain in my hips or hamstrings any more. It’s so easy to use and you feel great after.

I’ve always used a concept rower and was skeptical to get a different brand, but couldn’t get myself to pay over $1000 for a concept. This Merach rower is VERY similar to the concept rower. The Merach seat is cushioned and comfortable and better than the concept, in my opinion. The screen to show calories/meters is different and only complaint is you can’t make the calories stay on the screen (it switches from pulse to calories). The feet holders are sturdy and rigid. All and all its worth the money and unnecessary to buy a super expensive one. And the manual says you shouldn’t stand it straight up without taking it apart, but you can if you wanna!
