Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most orders are shipped from our local Canadian warehouse.
After your payment is confirmed, we typically need 1 business day to process your order.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.Shipping hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Canada only.

Due to carrier limitations, we are unable to deliver to the following areas at this time:

  • Northwest Territories (NT)
  • Nunavut (NU)
  • Yukon (YT)

For most addresses in Canada, standard shipping is free.However, some remote or extended areas may incur a delivery surcharge. You can check if your address qualifies during checkout by entering your postal code.

To ensure safe delivery of our large fitness equipment, orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or other mailbox addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address when placing your order.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellation

For returns or exchanges, please refer to our full Return Policy.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it ships, please contact us at  info.us@merachfit.com as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we are no longer able to make changes.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your package using one of the following methods:

Additional Information

  • All deliveries are curbside only. We currently do not offer upper-floor delivery.

  • Large items may arrive in multiple packages. You will be notified via email if this applies to your order.

  • MERACH is not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, force majeure, or local logistics issues in remote regions.
