THIS WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO MERACH Brand Direct Sales Channels such as merachfit.com,merachfit.ca, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, etc.
By using your MERACH product, you agree to be bound by these Policies. If you are not eligible or do not agree to any of the Terms, do not use your MERACH product.

Under this Limited Warranty, MERACH warrants that each MERACH product that you purchase will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use in accordance with MERACH’s published product materials during the warranty period. MERACH’s published product materials include, but not limited to, user manuals, safety guidelines, specifications, in-app notifications, and service communications.
The warranty period for different products and parts vary. The warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered.
Providing the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care, all products manufactured by MERACH are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below:

As a special benefit, when you become a registered member, you can enjoy an additional one-year warranty.
How to Obtain Warranty Service?
If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may obtain after-sales service by contacting us. You will need to provide valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number). Charges may apply for services not covered by this Limited Warranty. Please contact MERACH for information specific to your location.
What This After-Sales Policy Does NOT Cover
This policy does not cover the following:
× Fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors.
× Damage caused by unauthorized modification, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
× Water damage or other damages caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
× Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.
× Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatch or misuse of the battery and charger.
× Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong winds, rain, sand/dust storms, etc.)
× Uninterrupted or error-free operation of a product.
× Loss of, or damage to, your data by a product.
× Failure of, or damage caused by, any third-party products, including those that MERACH may provide or integrate into the MERACH product at your request.
× Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.
× Damage or defect resulting from failure to follow the instructions manual.
× Normal wear & tear on items/parts such as, but not limited to, pulleys, brake pads, tension knobs, cords, footings, rubber grips, end caps, pop pins, seats, seat adjustment knobs, scratched parts, broken covers, paint & finish, and any & all other cosmetic damages.
× Wear items/parts pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear & tear resulting from normal usage.
× Improper storage, assembly, altering/modifying equipment in any way, misused, abused, is subject to accident, or is improperly maintained.
× Repair for any noises such as but not limited to squeaks clunks, thumps, or grinding resulting from poor or lack of preventive maintenance.
When receiving service, MERACH is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in MERACH's possession or in transit, if MERACH is responsible for transportation.
MERACH’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product as described in this Limited Warranty.
Under no circumstances, and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any remedy set forth herein, shall MERACH, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers be liable for any of the following even if informed of their possibility and regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability or other theory of liability:
1. third party claims against you for damages;
2. loss, damage or disclosure of your data;
3. special, incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.
In no case shall the total liability of MERACH, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers for damages from any cause exceed the amount of actual direct damages, not to exceed the amount paid for the product.The foregoing limitation does not apply to damages for bodily injury (including death), damage to real property or damage to tangible personal property for which MERACH is liable under law.
As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under Canadian consumer protection laws.
For residents of Québec, additional protections apply under the Civil Code of Québec and cannot be excluded by this warranty.
To the extent permitted by Canadian law, this limited warranty is the only express warranty provided by MERACH. It does not exclude, restrict, or limit any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
This warranty applies only to the express terms stated herein. Other rights, including statutory warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, remain available to you under Canadian law and may vary by province.
Your remedies under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or other remedies as required by applicable law.
